Thunder Docks Being Sold?

UPDATE FROM WFIE-TV:

14 News has learned that the boating docks you nomally see for "Thunder on the Ohio" are in the process of being sold.

Now some are concerned thatmeans the race won't exist next year at the event. This all comes from a volunteer with "Thunder on the Ohio" who did not want to be identified. He tells us the Freedom Festival Board decided to put 11 docks up for sale at $8,400 each.

It was all shortly after the Freedom Festival Board announced they would no longer be in charge of the event next year.
